The Harvest Club and the Huntsville Skydivers in Alabama were one and the same. The Huntsville Skydivers operated at several locations with the decommissioned Army AF at Courtland, AL being the earliest used location 1960-1966. Around 1966 operations were moved to Epps Airfield in Harvest, AL were it remained until it disbanded. Epps Airfield was a great DZ!!! George Epps was a great man and supporter of all things aviation especially our club. A mainstay in the Cottonbelt Parachute Council, Chuck MacCrone, Ron Radhoff, Ray Davis and Ron Hotaling were some of the early competetors in the conference and operated the club.
