Imokalee

Oct 27, 1974: We were on our way home from a Florida Parachute Council meet (Kendall Glider Port near Miami?) and drove through Imokalee. Some of our group decided to get a late jump in. We were glad we didn't run so fast to get on that LAST LOAD (did I say DARK)  I think they had a 206 that was a very slow climber. Glad we were on the ground. Charlie Moore had a Sentinel fire on that one. I think our group made quite an impression on the locals. Maybe not the best as we ran to our cars and headed home.
